I used a small file on the pillar holes, drilled them and then filed "notches" in four spots,(Corners) that way the inserts didn't rotate. Took a little more time but it worked really well. I also used small strips of window caulking around the base of the studs, (black sticking stuff that comes in strips) as the snorkle pulls against the body it spreads out and acks like small gaskets at each hole.

I thought about doing the same thing, its a good idea. I thought it would be a good idea for all the holes but I was too lazy to dig it out of the garage. I was running short on time to get to work so I did the "normal" install. Hope I don't come to regret it with a leak of some sort down the road...
