There was one idiot at the bridge just uphill of the Village. He had his crummy rice-rocket parked half into the downhill traffic lane as he sat on the hood drinking beer. He was in a squinty eyed cheap beer stupor watching as cars had to go into oncoming traffic to get around him. Not a cop in sight either.
