I had the tires off of my FJ this last weekend.

The passenger side lug nuts were torqued somewhere close to 200 ft/lbs, had to really pull with a breaker bar, I broke my 21mm deep impact socket!!!!!!!!

The driver's side lugs nuts were somewhere between 35 ft/lbs and finger tight, I literally removed them with a 3/8" drive 6" ratchet handle with very little effort.......I was a few thousand miles from a problem, no doubt!!

I checked my lug nuts and they were all 25-30 ft/lbs under spec. You would think Toyota would be careful about this as it could kill someone if the wheels were to fall off. GRRRRRRR!
