FYI, your question has been asked and answered endlessly here. I strongly encourage two things:
1) Learn to search on key words that are more than 4 characters long, and that might give you threads to read. I know that the search function isn't as elegant as some would like, but there is info there that's specific and helpful, if you spend 10 minutes looking.
2) Read a lot in the newbie section. Many others have asked your exact questions. For example, 10 days ago, it was asked, and there are some really useful member perspectives, answers, and links. The thread is here:
