I was up there as well, but the 3N16 trail had a close sign posted.

Also, it was super icey as well.

Did you just keep going and ignore the sign?

I was going to do that, but my FJ slipped on a bunch of ice and I got a little nervous (Chicken).

My wife and I where on our own as well.
We went out on friday and saturday, started on 2N09 and went over to 3N16 from that way....there were no closed signs...which way did you go in?....but on Sunday after about 20 mins of heading down 3N16 we ran into a couple of Jeeps and one of them was stuck, that was the sign for us to turn around....then my buddy got his Ranger stuck.....I pulled them both out with the FJ!!!!!!! This is us on 3N16....
