I'm pretty sure that 295's would rub even with a 3" lift, so you would need to chop the body mounts.
mir207 does run that exact size with the OME lift and TC UCA's, but he was also running 1.25" spacers to fit his wheels. Using spacers like he did will most likely increase the chance of rubbing.
