Re: what the heck is "hub centric"

Most wheels that are universal and fit a variety of vehicle will need a center ring (or shim) to match exact to the hub of the FJ. If relying of the lugs (or lug centric) to keep the wheel tight to the hub is not recommended. If a lug backs off or a stud is broken will cause severe vibration and possible wheel failure.
