Let's trade him straight up for Nash!
Never happen of course, but I guarantee Nash could win with this line up. I think the six point game the other night was pretty good proof that the team can win without a 30 point scorer at guard. Kobe had the hurt finger so I understand why he only got six but he didn't really do anything else and they won handily.
Just curious, do you think Andrew Bynum thinks he is a good teammate after the things Kobe said last summer? Would you like to play with someone that as soon as they get in trouble with the cops the first thing out of their mouth is that you do this all the time and get away with it? I don't expect anyone to openly criticize him on his own team, they have to put up with his scowling and pouting if he is unhappy with them in any way.
I personally think that the real reason the Lakers could not get any deals done before was the players they were after had trade approval and said all the right things in the media but didn't want to come here and play with Kobe. Gasol just didn't have the leverage to say no and playing in Memphis is not exactly the most fun in the world either.
