Oh yea. I grew up in Deer Park. I'm familiar with most of the urban legends and what not in the area. My wife also worked for an elderly lady outside of LaPorte that was part of Houston society and the yacht club scene going back to the '20's. There are a lot of stories in that neck of the woods...
