moisture built up in headlight.

My drivers side headlight is fogged up. I dont know how it happened. I checked the seals and they are still good. I washed my truck and it started to do it afterwards. I left my truck running with the headlights on and it evaporated. I came back 10 minutes later and it was already back. Anybody have any advice?
