Called TRD Customer Service Regarding Black Wheels....

Wow. The customer service guy at TRD was very rude. I'd encourage you all to call TRD and maybe you'll have better luck than I did finding out why they're being so stingy about the black wheels that are installed on the SE.

The guy I spoke with told me that the black TRD's will never be available for standard FJ's. I asked him why this was since many current and future FJ owners would be interested in buying them, and he gave me some incoherent answer that made no sense at all. He started off by implying that other FJ's couldn't handle them somehow, but then backed off that assertion after I questioned him on it. What gives?

I hope there isn't another thread regarding these TRD's. I looked and didn't see one. If there is, I apologize in advance.
