Computer reset after TRD exhaust/air filter install
I'm looking for any feedback on the reset of the FJ's computer after installing the TRD exhaust and air filter.
I seem to have what looks to be black soot along the lower edge of the exhaust pipe and it's looking a bit like a rich condition.
In all my previous vehicles running a free flowing exhaust like a Flomaster or TRD in My Lexus IS300 along with a K&N or TRD air filter the gas mileage increase was substantial, My FJ average, running premium with no AC and mixed driving is 17.5 MPG.
TRD exhaust/air filter/rock rails/roof rack/upgrade#2/side air bags/tow...basically fully loaded and 2100 miles so far.
