Well it appears the leak is not from the roof rack, but from the windshield. Apparently it was installed improperly. There is a small hole, at the top, letting water seap in because the windshield was not set correctly in relationship to the frame/seal. It will take a week to get a new windshield frame/seal to the dealer then it will be replaced.
