Kinda hard to explain, but let me try.
On the standard sliders the tubes for the mounts are butted up to the tube that goes under the door. On TCao's sliders, the tubes for the mounts have a notch cut into them so that the tube that goes under the door fits INSIDE the notch not butted up to it. Check out the pic's that TCao posted and you'll see what I talking about.
