i would start by replacing all of the speakers. front with a set of componets (mid in door, tweet in factory dash location) and a rear set of coaxial in a pod. forget about the factory rears. get an amplifier for them. and to use the factory deck you are going to need a line output converter.
from there you can add on a woofer and bass amp.
i would highly recommend going that route. it will cost a little more, but once you take that first step in the right direction, you wont have to spend more money making it right in the long run.
