Just got an 2008 FJ SE Trails Edition in SoCal
I've been looking around for a FJ for sometime & after a local dealer 'dealer traded' to get a Sand colored Automatic on Monday {claiming delivery on Thursday - that they said they SOLD to someone else when I called b/4 I got there on Thursday} I shamed them into discounting it to $30,300 plus Tax & License & picked it up Thursday night in the rain...something perfect about getting the white monster in the rain.
The '08 Fj Cruiser 4x4 TT SE that I picked up came w/:
SE - Trail Teams Special Editon
CQ - Convenience Package / Remote Keyles, Cruise Control, etc
EL - Armrest - Passenger Side
C7 - Convenience Package / Roof Rack, , Spare Tire Cover, Towing Hitch etc
& it's MSRP @ $ 33,062 - same as what was in other dealers on Thursday in Southern California dealers according to my friends & confederates that scoped out dealers from San Diego to Thousand Oaks. All that were located had the exact same MSRP. No 6 speeds were sighted. Automatic's only.
I hope this helps anybody looking out there. Part of me would like to hear about somebody getting a better deal & part of me says 'It's too late for me'. Happy SE hunting to the first 3,200!
