I got a chip a few weeks ago, called my insurance (Safeco), they made an appointment with Safelite in Concord (2098 Market Street), and waived the deductable. They did the work in 10 minutes.
The next day I got another chip on 580, went back to Safelite cuz I was in the area. They (David Heller) did it no charge, no paperwork. Nice guy. The end.

.
X2 With Safelite in Concord...I used their mobile service twice for my old xB's windshield replacement...My FJ glass is already pitting everywhere, so a good chip and crack is on the way I'm sure...I'll be going with Safelite again for sure...Great service, very fast yet thorough, and really good prices
