2 - No, the outlets are rated for 10A. Get an adapter that clips directly to your battery, but understand that you're drawing quite a bit of amperage and you're going to run your battery down quicker than you think (if it draws 16A continuous).
Does that mean if i connect the accessory itself direct to the battery but it's reated to 10A and then connect it to the kettle would that be a problem or it will work but it will draw a lot of power?

3 - Well, Yes. However, I highly suggest you find local or order the add-a-fuse. They're everywhere here: Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Advance. The fuse ensures that in case you have a short circuit, the wires don't go up in flames (possibly along with your FJ).
The accessory itself has a 10A fuse, so would it still be OK if i connect it directly to the fuse box with the wire crimp as i can't find the tap a fuse accessory here (BTW I'm from DUBAI, UAE)

3 - The crimp method was my first idea and a PITA, I have changed it to a add-a-circuit. You can get it Amazon.com: Wirthco 30103 Tapa-Circuit- Mini: Automotive and I have bought these from Advanced Auto parts.
May I know why was it PITA? May i know what the problems you face with the wire crimp?

Thanks.
