Does that mean if i connect the accessory itself direct to the battery but it's reated to 10A and then connect it to the kettle would that be a problem or it will work but it will draw a lot of power?
The accessory itself has a 10A fuse, so would it still be OK if i connect it directly to the fuse box with the wire crimp as i can't find the tap a fuse accessory here (BTW I'm from DUBAI, UAE)
May I know why was it PITA? May i know what the problems you face with the wire crimp?
Thanks.

This means if you connect the kettle that draws 16A to a 10A outlet, you're going to blow the fuse, or if there is no fuse, burn up the wiring (or at least heat it up nice and warm).
I would not tap into the fuse box unless I was using an add-a-circuit. I'd order the add-a-circuit and wait for it if you're having a hard time getting it locally there.
If you connect the accessory directly to the battery, the alligator clamps should be good for up to 20A or so. Many of the small, high-volume air pumps are this way (too much current for the cigarette lighter plug, but alligator clips to clip to the battery).
