Chances are its either O2 or the Cat or a reflash on the ECM, probably O2 (bank 1 sensor 2) . You can throw MAF out the window it would set a different code. But dont even bother troubleshooting unless you have more than 80k miles. Let the dealer replace what they need to.

About the only thing that it would affect is gas mileage but not very much, if you live where they check emmisions it will probably fail so be ready for that.
