Fins and Things is a good intro to slickrock and is fairly easy as long as it's not raining or wet. Give that one a shot.
If you do okay there and you want more of the slickrock experience, try Hell's Revenge. It's rated a 4, but I've seen several stock rigs out there.....kinda depends on your offroad experience level for HR. If you've got a decent grasp of wheeling or if you have along a decent spotter you'll be fine. If there's any question about either, wait until your next trip or tag along with a group who's experienced. It's usually not hard to find a group to tag along with in Moab.
