I would not tap into the fuse box unless I was using an add-a-circuit. I'd order the add-a-circuit and wait for it if you're having a hard time getting it locally there.

If you connect the accessory directly to the battery, the alligator clamps should be good for up to 20A or so. Many of the small, high-volume air pumps are this way (too much current for the cigarette lighter plug, but alligator clips to clip to the battery).
Unfortunately i tried to order the add-a-circuit from the link provided above on amazon but they don't ship them overseas. Does anyone know of any other site on which i can order them and they ship it to Dubai, U.A.E?
