I am no expert, but wanted to post something..
I thought that mine wasnt lighting up after I bought it. (the same two switches) and couldnt figure it out. Upon further inspection I noticed that the lettering is not lit up, but on the inverter switch only in the little windows that shows it is working light up. The lettering is (not sure of the correct term) "painted" on and not transparent as to be lit. At least that is what I believe... Glad I am not the only who thought they were not working.
