Personally I wouldn't let the dealer do the install. Especially if they have never done one. I'm sure there are plenty of great mechanics who work at dealers, but my experience with them has taught me to be very careful of who I let work on my rig. If I were you, I would take it to a reputable auto performance shop. You may pay more for the installation, but IMO it is well worth it to have the job done right the first time. I literally had to have every single thing the dealer did redone by a competant shop or I had to do it myself.

I absolutely agree.
I lived in Fort Myers for 6 years. I would NOT give any of my cars to Toyota of Fort Myers (personal experience). I wouldn't give it to Naples either, seeing as they've never done one. They probably have much better techs down there, but it's still a big problem if they fork your car up.
Simply stated: either pick another pro shop, or DIY.
