Sorry to hear about your troubles! Some SSI advice: the ex got full disabilty after being denied once and then waiting 2 years. She was given the name of a good SSI lawyer and they fought for it and won. She got a lump sum for the 2 years she waited to be approved.
Hang in there and make sure you have a good SSI lawyer to fight for you!
