Thanks so much for the replies everyone. And thank you for the SSI advice. It's been a real pain (pardon the pun) to get the ball rolling and going through the motions with lawyers again. I just got done settling my workers comp claim last October, and I'm right back into the thick of things.
As for the price and payoff of my FJ. I will be paying a lot for it once my term is up, however, the new owner won't have to. Once it's refinanced into the new owners name, the payment amount, interest rate and length of the term changes. It's really like purchasing it from a dealership, but without any of the hassles, markups, and unnecessary fees. From what I've been told, the entire process is really easy to get done. The current MSRP of my exact FJ configured the way mine is with my current mileage $29,224...My payoff is right around that figure, and my FJ has lower miles than any dealership demo they retail as brand new.
Not only that, but buying my rig vs a dealer demo or a used one eliminates the possibility of having multiple dealership employees and customers "driving it like they stole it" with test drives and dealer errands. My FJ had the white protective covers taken off of it, and given it's PDI after I test drove it. It had 2 miles on it (3 miles by the time I got it off the lot that night).
