How I Got It
In December I bought a 1995 4Runner, AT, 4WD, V6. It was pretty much stock.
Stock FJ Alloys and Dueler Tires
First thing I did was get the stock wheels / tires off my brother's FJC and put them on my 4runner - much better than the tiny and very worn AT's that came on the 4runner.

Upgrading to the OME Suspension
The stock suspension was changed out to an OME medium lift. I did this because I went wheeling a few times and my ride was much worse (more bouncy, more transmission of higher frequency bumps) than the FJ's. The OME lift included new front shocks, torsion bar (the '95 4runner doesn't have a coilover like the FJ), and steering stabilizer, and in the rear new shocks and coil. The lift adds about 2" over stock. The ride is now much more like the FJ:

Kaymar Rear Bumper / Tire Carrier
The stock spare tire location on the 4runner is under the rear end, which is a pain in the rear end to get at. I wanted to get the tire up on the rear door, and looked for tire carrier options. The Kaymar option came up because my brother is hoping one day to get one of these for his FJ - but Man-A-Fre had a 4runner bumper in stock. The bumper got installed at MAF at the same time as my OME suspension.

ProComp 16" 152's with BFG AT's
OK, these aren't my tires/wheels, but at 33.5" overall diameter, these look good on my truck, right? Actually, they're too big by about 1" and rub. Just a little bit smaller will do.

Super Swamper LTB's on 16" ProComp 87's
These are some more wheels/tires to be shared with the FJ. These tires are about the same overall diameter as the AT's, but they're thinner, which looks like they'll fit without so much rubbing.

PIAA Front Lights
My 4runner came with some weak aftermarket lights on my front bumper. These were not good enough for night driving, but we won some lights at the Calico Cleanup, so I've changed them out. They're "Extreme White Plus Beam" driving lamps. They were donated to the raffle by Dirty Parts. Thanks!
