A buddy of mine had a CJ-7 with a 304 4bbl in it back when we were kids... We took it on a road trip once and for laughs we checked the mileage and it hit a high of 11mpg......LOL....It was a standard ....a three speed I think???? We were gone for five days without doors or roof....One of the most memorable trips of my mis-spent youth...lol
