Good Starter Trail; Colorado
I purchased a FJ last July, and would really like to "spread it's wings" this summer. I am looking for somewhere near Colorado Springs to take it out and hone my offroading skills (which are about nil) without looking like too much of an idiot.
It is 4wd, A-Trac, and rear lockers with stock skid plate (which I hear are more for looks than function) and stock rock rails. I purchased the FJ with the intention of playin' in the mountains a bit. The wife will be in Honduras this summer, so it would be a good time for me and the kids to tear up the Toyota and get it fixed before she even knew what happened.
