I got popped going 72 in a 55. $142 ticket, not too bad. Was wondering if it is worth it going to court or should I just mail in the guilty verdict and check? This happened near Grants Pass, OR.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks,
James

Damn 239 Horsepower!!!!!!!
If you have no prior driving history, it couldn't hurt to ask for a deferred judgment, or they might offer something like driving school as an alternative to fine and points.

Does that have a silent patrolman partition?
Nope, we have the privilege of transporting all prisoners in the front passenger seat.
