Don't worry about it. It's normal. when you start and stop the motor things move. The stick comes up through the floor and through a rubber seal. If things move that are solidly connected you will see the movement. You don't see the trans stick move because it is connected through a cable linkage system, but the 4wd stick comes up from the transfer case.
Although Nala is a 2wd, I have driven 4wd trucks at work for years. Everyone of them has had a 4wd stick that moved.
