im going to kill the spelling but theres something called the mognosson act that you should look up basically saying toyota has to prove that the mod such as a lift caused the damage. So basically yes if you put 6 inch lift with 35's and you blow a tie rod then youre probably screwed but it really all depends on the dealer that youre bringing it too.
