I use a medical gas supply house in SoCal and they fill while I wait. It's TOUGH to find a good place. There are also the beverage supply businesses that fill CO2 for supply for carbonated drinks.
Yeah thats the first place I tried and he didn't seam to happy he wasn't able to make a $ by filling (some type of regulation) ,but thats funny he did try to trade me a old beat up 10lb.
