And to answer your question, i see a shop with a CNC and he made some half puck (4 of them). Hi take the mesure directely on the FJ and the center hole was perfect. I put a 3/8" stainless stell rod for fix the high Lift.

Customized them was about less than 50$. A good deal over here!

I did Montréal - Rausch Creek to time (about 1800KM) and nothing move!
The lock is made by a company call DAC. it is at wal-mart. It is a gun lock actually. About 5 dollars. Mine are in blue.

Or just about any cable gun lock would work.
