I use regular gas. The only time I had to use premium was in my Dodge 4x4 because if I didn't it would ping bad. Not even when I had my vette did I see the need for Premium and vette's were famous for boiling over in the HOT AZ TEMPS during rush hour traffic.
Save some money and be happy.
