I was told the same by my dealer. It also all depends on the day they are having. Some will turn a blind eye towards some Mods/Repairs and others will flat out say youve voided it. But i have gotten nothing but great service from my dealer and stated my intentions on my Fj. There were no problems and were willing to work with me. But i also said that im going heavy on Mods and if it voids the warranty then oh well. Its a toyota and i have heard nothing but great things from all toyota owners.
