only thing I have to add is for anyone doing GPS or XM install (Roady/ Roady XT etc) to put a few female sockets behind the dash (hidden) so you can plug those accessories in and not eat up and of your cig. sockets in the passenger compartment. Makes for a clean install of gear when you can see the powerpoints.

Roady XT is a good example,,, it plugs into the cig lighter but it actually runs off about 5 V and has a small transformer inside the plug.
