Expedition One new product: Geri

OK so sorry for the delays we should have had these pictures up about 2 weeks ago on this forum but we were not able to get the pictures posted before we left for EJS.

Meet Geri:

Geri is a new portable fuel device. The Expedition One Geri Can is roughly 3.25" x 34" x 13.5" . It has a 4 gallon capacity and will be available in both water and gas. Caps and vents are recessed to protect from impact. The gas version is made High-Density cross-link polyethylene. Wall thickness is around .15 inches and is manufactured using rotational molding. The rotational molding process gives uniform thickness and a stronger seam than that of blowmolding. This makes for a very strong, very durable part. The water can is food grade material and is not intended for use with Petroleum products.

These are just a few test pics. Full product release won't be for another month or so....

This shows it with our prototype stock tire carrier mounting system. It can also be mounted sideways to free it up from possible impacts on departure while off-road.

More mounting systems will be available for the FJ Cruiser, including a stock rack mount, and tire carrier system mount (still in the design stages).

Just to reiterate: This is a new product from Expedition One, designed by Expedition One, and made in the U.S.A.

Oh and if you're thinking it looks a lot like one that's already out there, that is thin with handles, we think that's because that company really liked our design, but not enough to pay for it ....
