It's very easy to do. It's in the manual too. The process works for both the driver's and passenger alarm (if you do it on the driver's seat). The short of it is sit in the seat, unbuckled, key in the off position. Turn the key to the on position, and within a few seconds hold in the odometer reset button, hold it for 10 seconds, then while still holding the button buckle seatbelt. The odometer should read "on". Let the button go and press it again to cycle it to "off".

If that doesn't work...read the book...I could be off a little. You'll have to redo it anytime the battery is disconnected.
