1. yes. all fj's are prewired with the same wiring harnesses
2. atrac is active traction control, used in low range four wheel drive, uses abs to lock spinning wheels to provide torque to wheels with traction
3. locking diff is a way to control wheel spin in the rear, locks the drive between the two rear wheels so they do not independantly spin.
