If you are just going to cruise around on the streets and take it off road once in a while then I would say the TT package is worth it.
If you are going to do some serious off roading then I would recommend getting a base model and modify it as needed.
If you will only drive on the street then get a base model or a "loaded" one with the tint, stereo, tow package, etc, etc, and enjoy.
