Nice looking place. That would suit me fine. With property taxes going crazy all over the country, I have realized that having a really large home is silly. Build a smaller than average home with a full basement if possible, pay less taxes, spend less time cleaning and maintaining it, save more for retirement (and wheeling  ), and lead a happier life than all the folks who think they need a McMansion.
