Just got my FJ and want to do some mods. I noticed you kept your spare 285 on the back with the stock bumper. Can the stock bumper fit a 33" tire? Also, just how bad is your gas mileage these days? Thanks, and and you've got an awesome truck there.
Thanks for the kudos on my FJ.

I've since switched over to the All-Pro rear bumper. However, the 285 spare tire fits nicely over both the stock rear bumper and the All-Pro . . . with some clearance to spare. So, an actual 33" spare tire should have no problem whatsoever fitting on the rear with the stock bumper still in place.

Gas mileage-wise, I'm not doing all that bad . . . at least not much worse than most others who have a number of heavy items added on. About 14-16 around town; about 18-19 on the highway.
