You can order them at Car Seat Covers by Wet Okole Hawaii. The cost varies depending on your choices (piping or not, front, back or both, lumbar supports, seatback pockets.) I was able to get in on the 2nd group buy last year and with the 20% off it totaled roughly $500 for my setup. That means that it would run just over $600 without the discount. I have the standard (no piping), seatback pockets on both seats, and lumbar supports on both seats.
I love mine and seriously think they are one of the best things I have spent that amount of money on. I drive about 2000 miles a month for work and the Okoles definitely make my ride a lot more comfortable.
