Cherokee county toyota is pretty easy with new cars to get invoice pricing, when we looked at new 4runners there for my wife they were consistently $4,000-$6,000 under what the sticker in the window said. later on I did some research on-line and found that the prices we were actually being quoted were the invoice prices advertised on edmunds, etc. I haven't bought a new vehicle there but have all of our maintenance done there, the sales people don't know a whole lot but in my experience have been really layed back and happy to let you browse on your own.
cobb county toyota is owned by the same man and their mo sounds about the same. great service department too. certainly not the largest dealer around but a good one from my experiences.

PS the only dealer ive heard really negative things about is mall of georgia toyota.
