All the bolts were there accept one bolt did not have the hex form head it was round and useless (probably a misstamp in the die process) fortunately I have a mig welder so I welded a hex nut to that bolt and it worked fine. otherwise they look really nice and I have no regrets. Totally worth the money, great value.

Installed mine yesterday...man that thing is heavy...Not so easy if you weigh only a buck twenty five.
