1) Can cops tell if you other tickets in the past if they pull you over?
2) Will cops go after certain cars (apperance of one aka rims, etc...)
3) What can you do in court to increase your chances of wining?
I say this because once i proved that the cop could not recall the case and the circumstances of the event in which he pulled me over however the judge just got pissy and sided with the cop
