Good luck, but dealing with counties and local governments and pissed off neighbours can be taxing, and take a long long time. Been there, done that and do it for a living for my clients (land development, planning, engineering etc.) so we have run the whole gambit, all the time. However, laws are way different here in Canada. I can understand what you are going through... Good luck to you my friend!
