i was thinking about this one day and thought i found a cute little loophole. not sure how bulletproof it is though.. I thought what if you posted signs that said, like no trespassing or no offroading. But didn't say anything when FJ guys or whoever comes along. Now say if they have an accident or whatever, you can easily just say. Oh there are signs so i'm not liable for whatever "trespassers" do. But when asked if you want to press charges, of course it's a no. And if you wanted to make money i'm sure you can "give" people some water bottles or passes to the park, and "hope" for a donation this is all hypothetically speaking of course :P sorry if this sounds dumb, brewed from a teenage mind
