I have heard mixed results on the forum. Reading some places that it will not, and some saying that it will. From the looks of it, the way the CAI connects would not interfere with the S/C.
Also, my FJ cannot make it up a single overpass on the interstate when in cruise control. This has nothing to do with the FJ having been running for an extended period of time. It did this when it was stock as well. To reduce this, tap the cruise control lever down every couple seconds when going up a overpass. You will save on gas as you are now not downshifting all the time. The cruise control on the FJ is the worst i have seen in any vehicle

It is not a concealed box. You have a hole in the wheel well that goes to a hole in the engine compartment (where the stock and TRD CAI box meet the fender) The TRD CAI box has an opening on the side towards the fender. This is where it get the cold air from (coming from the fenderwell).
